Muay Thai

Thailand’s national sport, Muay Thai, is recognised globally as the most effective striking art today. Honed over a period of 2000 years, it is a graceful blend of punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.

Muay Thai relies on simple moves and efficient movement to generate maximum power. This makes it highly effective, both in the ring and on the street.
