The new Extreme Headquarters in Chadstone has relocated to a new bigger and better premises to cater for more of your martial arts training needs. The new gym will be much larger and boasts:

• An MMA mat covering 80 square metres
• An MMA / kick boxing ring
• A weights area including exercise bikes, kettle bells and mirrors
• Punching / kicking bags
• Showers and new kitchen facilities are about to commence production.
