Our Byron Bay Academy’s Stretch classes are based on the vinyasa style of yoga, which involves postures linked together in flowing sequences, designed to maximise muscular strength and flexibility as well as cardio-vascular fitness. These classes have been developed to highly condition the body whilst safely maintaining joint stability, especially in the core and around the spine.

The Stretch classes are open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels – a great experience in itself, it is also the best way to loosen up muscles as part of the recovery process after an intense training session.
