MMA / Thai Boxing Program

THAI BOXING FITNESS CIRCUIT

These classes are suitable for those whose primary focus is a combination of fitness and self defence, taught through developing technique and skill in the style of Thai kickboxing.  This workout is excellent for both men and women of all ages, promoting excellent cardio-vascular fitness, muscle tightening and weight loss.

BEGINNERS THAI BOXING

These classes are designed for those with little or no experience in Thai kickboxing.  The focus is on basic and fundamental techniques of Thai kickboxing in a great full-body workout consisting of a blend of punches, kicks, elbows and knees.

INTERMEDIATE THAI BOXING

These classes are open to those with previous experience in Thai kickboxing.  The focus is on more advanced techniques of Thai kickboxing, incorporating both drills and sparring to improve students’ cardio fitness, endurance, strength, speed, footwork and form.

BEGINNERS MMA

These classes are for those who have had little or no experience in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training, the ultimate style of combat made popular by fight organisations like the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).  Training incorporates elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thai kickboxing and Wrestling, building an all-rounded skill set whilst providing an intense workout.

INTERMEDIATE MMA

These classes are for those with previous experience in Mixed Martial Arts training, and who possess a well-rounded knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Thai kickboxing.  Classes incorporate both technique drills as well as sparring, working on improving students’ MMA skills whilst providing a fast-paced, intense workout.

WRESTLING

These classes provide instruction in all aspects of the takedown and takedown defence, building students’ skills in base, balance and techniques in the dynamic sport of Olympic freestyle wrestling.  Wrestling classes provide a great workout on their own, complement Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, and is an essential component of MMA training.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program

BEGINNERS BJJ

These classes are for those with little or no experience in the style of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the fastest-growing and most effective self defence system in the world today.  The Beginners class is open to students ranked White belt with 0-3 stripes.

GENERAL BJJ

The General class is open to all levels, for beginner through to advanced students.

ADVANCED BJJ

These classes are open to students ranked White belt with 4 stripes through to Black.
