What You Can Expect At Our Muay Thai Classes

While the day-to-day content of our Muay Thai classes changes each week, they typically follow a familiar structure. 10 minutes of skipping or other warm up, 3-6 rounds of bag/pad work, a few rounds each of partner drills & technical sparring. Finishing up with some light-medium sparring depending on your experience level before cooling down.

With over 280 square meters of padded flooring split over two separate training areas, the ground floor of the gym is the perfect place to hone your striking skills!

Featuring a full size MMA cage, boxing ring, 18 heavy bags, premium Thai pads, boxing mitts, grappling dummies and cage walls, our Muay Thai training area is equipped to train anyone from beginners to professional fighters.

Our Muay Thai classes run Monday to Saturday, with morning sessions from 6:00 am to 7:30 am, midday classes from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and evening beginner or advanced sessions depending on the day. Saturday classes include all levels from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have Muay Thai gloves or shin guards, feel free to bring them, although equipment is available on-site for beginners.
