- ESSENTIAL ITEMS: Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and a form of ID to your first session (if you are under 18, you must come with a parent).
- ATTIRE: Wear any comfortable workout clothes – but if you’re doing a grappling class (BJJ/ Wrestling), wear a sleeved top for hygiene (ie. no singlets), and avoid clothing with zips/ buttons. For kids, wear comfortable and clean clothes, not your school uniform.
- FOOTWEAR: If you’re doing a martial arts class, wear slippers/ sandals or other footwear which is easy to remove before stepping onto our training mats. For Strength & Fitness classes, you will need to wear sports shoes or runners.
For your safety and the safety of others, all watches, jewellery and piercings must be removed before stepping onto any training mats. Piercings can scratch yourself and others, and if they fall off onto the mats, can cause injury as we train barefoot as well as damage to the mats.
