Our wrestling classes begin with an athletic warm up consisting of compound movements and stretches to limber up. From there you will partner up and practice drills/wrestling specific exercises before getting to test your new skills with some friendly sparring rounds.
Head on down stairs to our newly renovated grappling training area. With over 220 square meters of high quality training mats to roll on, padded walls and grappling dummies, it’s the perfect environment to learn the technical sport of both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.
Including a heated observation area with lounge seats, spectators can watch on in comfort.
Our adult wrestling classes run Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Kids’ classes are available on Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm. We welcome all skill levels, providing a structured environment for everyone to train and develop their wrestling skills.

Our wrestling training program covers everything from basic grappling techniques to advanced takedowns, throws, and submission holds. The program is designed to improve your endurance, strength, and technical skills, ensuring that you can perform at your best whether you’re training for competition or just staying fit.
Our wrestling classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, our coaches will tailor the instruction to suit your experience and fitness level.
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and wrestling shoes if you have them. A water bottle is essential to stay hydrated during training. If you have any additional protective gear, like knee pads, feel free to bring them along. If you’re new, don’t worry—our coaches will help you get started.
