Everything we get asked before the first class. If your question isn't here, send us a message at the bottom of the page and we'll come back to you within one business day.
Essential items. Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and a form of ID to your first session. If you're under 18, you'll need to come with a parent.
Attire. Wear any comfortable workout clothes. If you're doing a grappling class (BJJ or wrestling), wear a sleeved top for hygiene (no singlets) and avoid clothing with zips or buttons. For kids, wear clean comfortable clothes, not the school uniform.
Footwear. If you're doing a martial arts class, wear slippers, sandals, or other footwear that's easy to remove before stepping onto our training mats. For Strength & Fitness classes, wear sports shoes or runners.
You only need to book your first trial class with us. Once you're a member, you don't need to pre-book for any of your regular classes. Just turn up at the timetabled session.
Yes. We run classes to suit every level of fitness and skill, so complete beginners are more than welcome. Our introduction lessons are the perfect way to come and try a class in a semi-private setting at a pace that suits you.
Yes. One-on-one and small group private training are available. Enquire at reception for the current options and pricing.
Our kids' programs are open to children aged 3 years and up. Younger students start in our Tiny Tigers age band and graduate up as they grow.
Our kids' classes run right through the school holidays, so kids can continue their training without breaks throughout the year.
For your safety and the safety of others, all watches, jewellery and piercings must be removed before stepping onto any training mats. Piercings can scratch yourself and others, and if they fall off onto the mats, they can cause injury (we train barefoot) and damage the mats.
Yes. There's a carpark behind the gym that you can access via Peverill Street.
If you're coming up Warrigal Road from the south, turn left onto Peverill Street past the Pancake Parlour.
If you're travelling along Waverley Road from the west, turn onto Shrewsbury Street, then onto Peverill Street.
Drop your details below and a coach will be in touch within one business day. No pressure, no sales pitch.
