Over 22 years of experience in fitness and strength training

One of the first trainers in Australia to complete a Certificate 3 in Fundamentals of Kettlebell Training

Trained with Kit Laughlin (master trainer in functional movements, strength blending body weight
         training, overall strength development, kettlebells and resistance training).

Attended kettlebell workshop held by Steve Cotter (one of the founders and most famous trainers of
         kettlebell training in western society).


Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness

Certificates 1, 2 and 3 in Kettlebell Training, Australian Institute of Kettlebells

Qualified Personal Trainer

Currently completing Master Functional Trainer’s course (specialising in mobility , power bags, battle
         ropes and suspension training)

Currently completing the Cobra Level 1 ZUU course (strength training through body-weight movements
         – a new style of training currently used in elite sports, armed forces and tactical units)
